Dan Sheridan FDNY Battalion Chief!

 

Dan Sheridan is a New York Fire Department (FDNY) Battalion Chief with an extensive history of New York firefighting & Fire Cause & Origin. Dan's fire expert work has taken him all over the world in training fire fighting, safety, and cause & origin investigation as part of a non-profit he developed and continues to lead.

 

Battalion Cheif Sheridan has been a New York Fire Dept. firefighter for over 28 years! 

 

  • Created Mutual Aid Americas, a Non-Profit organization, which aided Fire Departments in Latin America

 

  • Operations Section Chief FDNY Incident Management Team

 

  • Presently assigned to Battalion 3 overseeing 6 companies of 5 or 6 firefighters on a daily basis

 

  • In charge of coordinating training and Fire Prevention in Battalion

 

  • Branch Director Hurricane Sandy FDNY 2012

 

  • Worked with Windbourne Consulting in helping upgrade the Emergency Services in Jakarta Indonesia

 

  • Presently working with Targhee International to develop a sustainable training program in Lagos Nigeria
